Chairman of the Board and Chief Clinical Officer

Mort Baharloo co-founded Healix, Inc. in 1989 with Alan B. Chaveleh and is the Chairman of the Board. Throughout the course of more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Mr. Baharloo has served in a variety of pharmaceutical and management positions. Mr. Baharloo's passion in healthcare has been that of innovation in the delivery of sophisticated therapies in the most efficient manner possible. He is also a fiction writer whose first novel was released in November of 2004.

President and Chief Executive Officer

Alan B. Chaveleh is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Healix, Inc. Mr. Chaveleh co-founded Healix in 1989 with Mort Baharloo. Mr. Chaveleh realized the importance of combining high-quality patient care with compassion and innovation, thereby inspiring him to co-develop the CORIS® program as a state-of-the-art method for the delivery of healthcare services. Mr. Chaveleh has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare, financial, and services industry.

Mark Winters

Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President

Mark Winters joined Healix in September 1990 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. He has over 16 years of experience in the healthcare field, along with systems and project management experience in systems engineering. Mr. Winters received a Bachelor’s in Aerospace at Texas A&M and a Master’s in Finance and International Business at the University of Houston. His service includes a place on the board of several Healix affiliates.

Mani Moore

Chief Business Officer and Executive Vice President

Mani Moore has been an employee of Healix and its affiliates since 1990 and has served on the Executive Team since 1996. She currently serves as the Chief Business Officer and Executive Vice President. With over 24 years of experience in the healthcare services industry, Ms. Moore contributes extensive expertise in Business Administration to the Healix team.

John Park

Chief Sales Officer and Executive Vice President

John Park has served as Vice President of Sales and Client Services for Healix since 2000. With over 20 years of experience in accounting, banking, finance and client relationship management, Mr. Park brings a unique skill set to both current and prospective clients. He has previously held positions as the Vice President with Chase Bank of Texas in Middle Market and Real Estate banking and as a Senior Auditor for Arthur Young & Co.  Mr. Park received a BBA in Accounting from Harding University, and an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University.

Joe Gallegos

Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance

Joe Gallegos has served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of Healix since 2001. Mr. Gallegos has over 24 years of domestic and international accounting, finance, systems, and project management experience, including 11 years working within the healthcare service industry. Prior to joining Healix, he held various financial and management positions in public accounting, at IBM Corporation, Baker Hughes, Inc., Pace Entertainment Corporation, and De Bellas & Co. Investment Banking. Mr. Gallegos attended the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Houston receiving an Accounting degree and a Master of Business Administration degree with highest honors.

Noemi Sirisaengtaksin

Senior Vice President of Sales and Development

Noemi Sirisaengtaksin joined Healix and its affiliates in 1992 as the Director of Managed Care and was named Vice President of Marketing in 1996. With three decades of leadership and management experience in the healthcare industry, Ms. Sirisaengtaksin currently serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Development.  Her clinical and business expertise provide results in the sustained growth of the company as a national leader in Office Infusion Center (OIC) management and its expansion into new business lines. She enjoys working with clients to bring value to their organization with Healix’s superior clinical service, business acumen and innovation.

Earl Silverstein

Vice President of Legal Affairs

Earl Silverstein has been with Healix since 1994, serving as Healix's Vice President of Legal Affairs since 1996 and as the President of Alliance Risk Management Services. Mr. Silverstein brings over 40 years of experience in healthcare claims and litigation management, risk management, and insurance consulting. Before joining Healix, Mr. Silverstein served as the President of Dynamark, was Vice President and co-founder of Caronia Corporation, and Vice President of Johnson & Higgins. He was a contributing author of "Emergency Medicine Risk Management" and has written a number of articles and lectured on the subject of healthcare claims, risk management, and healthcare compliance.

Vice President of Logistics

Frank Chaveleh joined Healix in 1995 and became Healix's Vice President of Logistics in 2002. Mr. Chaveleh brings over 45 years of experience to the company. He holds a Professional Engineering license and has educational and professional backgrounds in business, industrial financial management, and mechanical engineering.

Brenda Parker

Vice President of Nursing

Brenda Parker has been an employee of Healix since 1998 and joined the Healix executive team in February 2000 to serve as the Vice President of Nursing Services. Ms. Parker has approximately 25 years of nursing experience, including 15 years in infusion therapy and 20 years of leadership and management expertise. Her accolades in the field are numerous and include national acknowledgement for high standards of practice in the nursing profession.

Lucinda Van Anglen

Vice President of Pharmacy Services

Lucinda J. Van Anglen, B.S., Pharm.D. joined Healix in 1994. Her curriculum vitae includes work as Homecare Surveyor for the Joint Commission, hospital clinical pharmacist specializing in nutritional support and infectious disease, Nutrition Specialist with B. Braun (formerly known as McGaw), and manager of two home health care companies. Ms. Van Anglen has also served as the Assistant Professor and Clinical Coordinator, Practice Programs at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. Her clinical expertise and dedication to excellence drive the development of stringent protocols and help Healix create the highest quality of pharmaceuticals.

David Tyer

Vice President of Information Technology

J. David Tyer has served as Vice President of Information Technology for Healix since 2004. He has over 20 years of experience working with technology in the healthcare industry. Mr. Tyer holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Park University and has earned various professional certifications from MIT, Novell, Microsoft and Cisco Systems. Mr. Tyer also served four years in the U.S. Navy and is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm.

Vice President of Client Services

Casey Lucas has been an employee of Healix since 2001 and currently serves as the Vice President of Client Services. Since joining the company, Casey has been instrumental in opening and managing Office Infusion Centers across the nation. In his current role, he oversees the Client Services Department which has responsibility for all infusion center operations. Casey graduated from Texas A&M University with a Master’s degree in Finance with highest honors.
